Les Issambres - FAQ

It's easy and done in 2 quick steps.

Step 1: First request a booking by filling out the reservation request form (click here). We will contact you by email to confirm the dates and rental prices.

Step 2: If you confirm your booking we will send you a rental agreement to sign and send back to us with a down payment (30% of the rental price).

Typically our properties are available for rental from Saturday 17h00 to Saturday 10h00.

However, off peak season, we agree to rent by the day with a minimum of 3 days per booking.

The rental agreement establishes our obligations to each other. It protects us but also protects you and prevents misunderstandings.

In general, when you rent for holidays in France, we recommend you always ask for a rental agreement as holiday rentals are not subject to regulation.

We ask you to pay a down payment (by cheque in euros or wire transfer) to finalise your reservation. When the down payment is made and the rental agreement signed, the booking is confirmed.

The down payment required represents 30% of the total rent. The balance of the rent is payable on arrival.

Please be aware that in case of cancellation, we can keep your down payment.

On arrival, we ask you to pay the balance of the rent (i.e. after deducting the down payment paid to confirm your booking) and the deposit.

The balance of the rent is payable by cheque in euros or in cash.
